Fraxel For Retexturing

Fraxel Dual laser is a safe, non-invasive procedure that will dramatically improve your skin’s texture and appearance. At River Medical we use what is called the Fraxel Dual technology which uses two wavelengths of laser light. One that targets issues on the surface of the skin like pigmentation, brown spots and melasma; and a second that penetrates much deeper to treat poor texture, fine lines and wrinkles and acne scarring
